The graphics injector/changer programs that CAN get detected are stuff like ENB/reshade/etc since those can actually impact the game itself. A lot of monitors have built in features that can add crosshairs, and these are literally indetectable because they are hardware based and use no software. No game would ever detect a program displaying graphics onto the monitor as any sort of cheat. Right click the "Crosshair" component and click "Open Directory" to reach the mod folder, where the "Crosshairs" folder is contained. For easy access, copy and paste your own images into this folder so you can quickly navigate to them later on.
